Yahweh Nissi Fellowship

Yahweh NissiFellowship

“Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”Matthew 6:10

High school students in Lebu, hungry for the glory of God in our generation and praying for revival in our schools and churches.

Students worshipping together at a fellowship gathering

A fellowship of students, for students.

Yahweh Nissi is a student fellowship committed to the gospel and to transforming school culture. Through worship, teaching and prayer, we make room for students to encounter God and grow together as His disciples.

Most of us study at Neway Challenge Academy, and every week we invite our friends to come as they are. Many hear the gospel for the first time in our gatherings.

ወንድሞች በኅብረት ቢቀመጡ፥ እነሆ፥ መልካም ነው፥ እነሆም፥ ያማረ ነው።
Psalm 133:1

  • Identity in Christ
  • Faith under fire
  • Living out loud
  • Finding your calling
  • Back to the basics
  • Shifting atmosphere
  • Breaking the ordinary
  • Father God

What we are working toward

Our fellowship has grown through deliberate plans and many hours in prayer. Alongside our weekly gathering, we host special events to reach more students while keeping the gospel at the centre.

  1. Creating an impactful fellowshipA place where students experience the love of God and His manifest presence.
  2. Building a lasting kingdom work for ChristSomething that remains for the students who come after us.
  3. Transforming school cultureRedeeming our school environment for Christ, one friendship at a time.
  4. Making students disciples of ChristRooted in the Word, strong in prayer, and ready to share the truth.
